The strength and conditioning program at Oxbridge Academy is designed to enhance the fitness of students to improve their overall health and wellness in order to improve their quality of life.
The strength and conditioning program is also committed to improving athletic performance on the individual and team level. The strength and conditioning coaches are responsible for creating year round training programs using scientifically based methods to maximize each student athlete’s potential.
Through life fitness classes, individual, and group strength and conditioning sessions the primary objectives are to teach the proper fundamentals of strength and conditioning, improve athletic performance, and reduce the risk of injury. In support of the core values of Oxbridge Academy we educate and empower our students to reach academic, athletic, and lifetime achievement.
