The Oxbridge Experience

The Oxbridge education is about more than just classroom activities and projects. It’s about exceptional access to opportunities after school – in our clubs, on our sports teams, and in our communities. It’s about teachers who are as passionate about their subject as they are student success. It’s about learning to set aside differences, work together, and celebrate success. And, it’s about a culture built on respect between and among students, faculty, and administration.

Culture of Kindness

Perhaps it's because character is such a big part of our application
criteria, or maybe it's because students are given a wealth of trust and responsibility when they enter our campus. Or it could be the project-based learning approach that requires students to get to know each other on a more personal level. Whatever the reason, at Oxbridge you’ll find that friendships are not limited to classes; respect is earned not demanded, and kindness is at the core of who we are.

The Oxbridge Honor Code

Oxbridge Academy commits to being a community characterized by civility, respect, and trust, a school that fosters the virtues of discipline, perseverance, and responsibility. We strive to be a place where moral socialization takes place, where students are encouraged to know and to abide by rules of proper conduct, where policies and guidelines regarding cheating are established and taken very seriously, and where mutual respect between teachers and students occurs. At the beginning of each year, students new to Oxbridge sign the Honor Book, inking their commitment to act responsibly and with honor, on and off campus.

"In all things – in and out of the classroom – we explore what we’re studying with great depth. And when you’re diving that deep, you build unmatchable relationships with the students and teachers who are diving with you. It’s a two-way street – the way we all learn from each other; and we grow as a result."Madeline A., Oxbridge student
