Naomi Cohn Awarded RPI Scholarship

  • Education

The Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) has awarded junior Naomi Cohn a Rensselaer Medal scholarship worth $30,000 a year for four years. For more than 100 years, Rensselaer -- in conjunction with high schools around the world who nominate students for the scholarship -- has awarded the Rensselaer Medal to promising students who have distinguished themselves in math and science. Located in Troy, New York, the school describes itself as "the nation’s oldest and one of the world’s most renowned technological research universities." Cohn is the third consecutive ThunderWolf to receive an RPI Medal scholarship, following recipients Jake Mendelsohn in 2020 and Kevin Zheng in 2021.
