Switching Instructional Models

Students who wish to switch Instructional Models from Virtual to Hybrid or Hybrid to Virtual need to complete a request form. If a student is moving from hybrid to virtual, they can begin attending virtual classes immediately.  If a student is requesting to transition into the hybrid model, we will need 48 business hours (7 a.m. - 5 p.m. M-F) to prepare for their safe return to campus. This allows us to add seating and spacing to their classrooms, alert their teachers, and ensure that dining service is aware of their return.

This form can also be found on the parent portal in Veracross.

Resource Information

Check our learning resource webpage for information about the Math Center, WRC, IT support, health & wellness clinic hours, fitness schedule, and mental health services.

Mandatory Online Daily Health Screen

Beginning this week, students in the hybrid learning model must complete an online daily health screen prior to arriving on campus. The link is: Click HERE to view an instructional video on how to use the app.
To enter campus, students will need to complete the online Healthpass check-in prior to arriving on campus. Students riding the bus must show the HealthPass before boarding the bus. Please complete it before you go to the bus stop. This questionnaire will be linked to your student ID badge, and any student who does not complete the questionnaire will not have access to enter the campus buildings.
