Begin the admission process for Grades 6-12 for the 2027-2028 school year by submitting an inquiry. You will receive an email with instructions to set up your admission portal. From your portal, you can register for a campus visit, become an applicant, and manage your application.

Early Decision

Choosing Oxbridge Academy through Early Decision demonstrates a strong commitment to a school that values academic excellence, character development, and a dynamic student experience. If Oxbridge is your first choice, Early Decision is the option for you to secure your place in a school that is forward-thinking and deeply supportive.

Apply by: November 2, 2026
Complete by: November 9, 2026

  - If applying for aid, all required supporting documentation must be submitted for the candidate to be considered for review.
- Incomplete applications will be moved to Rolling Decision
Decision Notification: December 17, 2026
- Admission decisions are released via email after 3 p.m.
- Financial aid decisions and awards are sent on the same day as the admission decision notification.
Enrollment Contract Due: January 8, 2027
- Extensions cannot be granted.

Rolling Decision

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis beginning January 5, 2027. Once the admission application is complete, the candidate will be reviewed by the Admission Committee and a decision will be released. Please note: if you are applying for financial aid, this application must be complete to be reviewed.

- Once complete, applications will be reviewed and decisions will be released on a rolling basis.
Complete Financial Aid Application
- If applying for aid, all required supporting documentation must be submitted for the candidate to be considered for review.
- Financial aid decisions and awards are sent on the same day as the admission decision notification.
Decision Notification & Enrollment Contract
- Discuss your readiness to commit with your admission counselor based on where you are in your school search.
- Enrollment contracts for accepted students will be due three weeks from the notification date.
- Extensions cannot be granted.

Inquire

Complete the inquiry form if you have not already done so.

After completing the inquiry form, you will receive an email from Veracross to set up your portal. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your junk/spam folder.
Once your portal is set up, go to manage candidate application and then view checklist.
From the checklist, you will have the ability to sign up for a campus visit.
Be sure to save your login credentials.

Apply

To become an applicant, return to your Veracross portal. If you did not save your credentials and need to reset your password, click Password Reset.

Pay the Application Fee ($100)
Select your Application Option
Answer the Financial Aid Question
Complete the Parent Questionnaire

Once you become an applicant, your application checklist will display in your portal.

Application Checklist

Once you have completed the steps in the Start Your Application section in the portal, the application checklist will be available.

Admission applications are considered complete when all checklist items are checked off.
We recommend you bookmark the link to your portal and check it often.
It is the responsibility of each family to manage and track their application in the portal.
