Oxbridge Academy uses Veracross, an online application system where applicants will apply, manage, and track their application. The following steps must be completed through your Veracross account. 

• Create an Oxbridge Admission Account on Veracross HERE. 
• Submit an Application and a $100 Application Fee.
• Submit a Student Questionnaire.
• Request Three Years of Transcripts.
  Two previous years and current year grades to date. Transcripts must be translated into English and show credits. Submit both translated and untranslated versions of your transcripts. 
• Submit Most Recent English Proficiency Scores. Examples include TOEFL, TOEFL Jr., WIDA, SLEP/iTEP
• Delegate Two Teacher Recommendations from current teachers. One English teacher recommendation and one math teacher recommendation.
• Submit a Student Interview Video.
  Tell us more about yourself, why you would like to attend high school in the U.S., and what you are interested in studying and participating in while attending Oxbridge.
• Submit Proof of Financial Support.
  Submit a bank letter or statement showing that the applicant has funds to cover the full cost of attendance. We recommend $85,000 at minimum.
• Submit a Copy of Passport and/or Birth Certificate
• Submit A Copy of Previous US Visas, if applicable.

Please note:

• Applicants must have a strong command of the English language.
• International students are not eligible to apply for financial aid. 

Tuition:

2024–2025 Middle School Tuition and Fees: $38,575 (Grades 6–8)
2024–2025 Upper School Tuition and Fees: $45,575 (Grades 9–12)
Tuition and fees are reviewed annually and will published in December/January for the 2025-2026 school year.

Fees included in tuition:

• One-time new student enrollment fee: $1,575 
• Annual student fee: $2,500 
  • Covers health & wellness services, transportation, security, and Oxbridge-licensed software for student laptops*.
    • *Laptop requirements - all students new to Oxbridge are required to provide their own Apple laptop. Student laptops must meet or exceed these requirements:
      • 13" MacBook Air (M1 or M2 models)
      • 16GB Memory
      • 512GB Storage
      • AppleCare+ is strongly recommended.
• Middle School tuition includes breakfast, lunch, snacks, textbooks, and learning support services. 
• Upper School tuition includes breakfast, lunch, snacks, textbooks, learning support services, and college counseling services.

Does Oxbridge Academy have a homestay program?
Oxbridge Academy does not provide a homestay program and cannot assist families with living arrangements for students.

Does Oxbridge Academy accept middle school students who are living in a homestay?
Oxbridge Academy does not accept students at the middle school level who will be living in a homestay. We require that they live with their family.
