Dining Services at Oxbridge

Oxbridge’s gourmet dining services change the paradigm for school lunch. With wide-ranging choices, including soups, salads, and vegetarian options, our dining staff consistently prepare creative, nutritious, flavorful meals. We take extra care to provide multiple options to accomodate dietary needs and restrictions. Special themed meals to celebrate holidays such as Thanksgiving and the Lunar New Year are eagerly anticipated by the student body.


Lunch Menu

Week of April 15

Monday: 

Grilled Cheese, Grilled Cheese with Bacon, Onion Rings, Roasted Corn, Tomato Soup 

Tuesday: 

Fiesta Chicken, Chili Rellenos, Southwest Mac & Cheese, Potato Empanadas, Plantains, Chicken Poblano Soup 

Wednesday: 

Burger Bar, Black Bean Burgers, French Fries, Corn on the Cobb, Chicken Noodle Soup

Thursday: 

Hot Breakfast:

Scrambled Eggs, Bacon, Avocado Toast 

Lunch:

Breaded Chicken, Baked Ziti, Sautéed Spinach, Cheese Sticks, Stuffed Pepper Soup 

Friday: 

Creamy Cajun Shrimp, Chicken, or Okra, White Rice, Grilled Vegetables, Potato Andouille Soup 


Please be sure to try our fresh sandwiches, sides, and salads made daily. You’ll find them at the salad bar. 

A grilled chicken option will always be available at each serving line.
