As a graduate student, Ms. Duff worked as a reader for Yale's Office of Undergraduate Admissions. Shannon also worked in structured finance and asset management at an investment bank.

Ms. Hammett serves as the Test Coordinator at Oxbridge Academy, overseeing test administration training for faculty and staff and managing all procedures for standardized testing, including the PreACT, A.C.T., and S.A.T. suite. As the Dual Enrollment Designee, she provides academic guidance and support in collaboration with several partnering institutions. Monica coordinates domestic and international college visits, conducts recruitment interviews, and presents forums on various topics such as Bright Futures and NCAA compliance. She is actively engaged in professional development through NCAA, NACAC, SACAC, College Board, and A.C.T. memberships, leveraging over a decade of experience in NCAA recruitment and compliance. Additionally, Monica dedicates her time to community service initiatives, serving as a Club Mentor and supporting programs like the H.U.G. program to promote literacy and leadership skills in Palm Beach County.

Brief Background:

Ms. Beato is a seasoned college counselor who has guided students through the college application process for over 20 years. She started her career as a school counselor in New York City before moving to Florida to join the guidance team at Atlantic High School. Ms. Beato became the Director of Guidance and College Counseling at the American International School in South Africa. Later, she worked as an independent university advisor, helping local and international students apply to universities in the USA and other international locations. Her extensive experience has provided her with the insight to create personalized college planning processes tailored to each student’s needs. Outside of her professional role, Ms. Beato is married and a proud mother of two sons.
